Restoration/renovation of National Register of Historical Places property, originally designed by H. H. Richardson, to residential condominium occupancy, was featured on WGBH-TV Boston's This Old House. Design Associates worked closely with the Newton Historic District Commission to ensure the preservation of the project's late Victorian Shingle Style characteristics. Completed 1981.
