7. Gray Street, South End

This circa 1860's single-family, five floor brick Victorian house was fully restored with new mechanical systems, new windows and the preservation of the historic details. As part of an overall Master Plan and a phased construction project, roof framing modifications were made for access to a future roof deck which will have views over the Boston skyline. Completed 2010.
