AVON HILL
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In the 1970s, many architectural details were stripped from the facade of this historic 1870s mansard, including a bay window and the original front porch. Design Associates referenced period photos and neighborhood precedence to restore the bay and create a new entry porch faithful to this 19th-century gem. Working with Pinney Designs, the interior spaces were freshened up while the kitchen, the primary suite, and the living room were totally reconfigured.
