PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Historic restoration and adaptive reuse of 140-year-old Greek Revival structure in Nantucket town center for conversion of original Odd Fellows Hall to the University of Florida’s Preservation Institute of Nantucket. Included was the restoration of the five original commercial shops known as Petticoat Row, so named due to the predominance of women entrepreneurs during Nantucket’s Whaling Era. The restored facade is protected by a “facade easement," which is administered by the Nantucket Historical Association.
