PROJECT DESCRIPTION
A renovation in the 1990s concealed the historic character of this 1890’ suburban gambrel. Design Associates restored an understated Colonial Revival vocabulary and gently reconfigured spaces for improved flow and comfort. Working with Kristen Paton Interiors, every surface received careful attention, and new amenities were introduced throughout. A tired carriage house on the property was transformed into a clean, minimalist, artists' retreat, gym, and guest apartment.
