PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Located in Boston’s historic South End neighborhood, this 1860's single-family, Victorian brick row house was fully renovated. Design Associates collaborated closely with the owners to create a home with modern conveniences while maintaining the original historic character. A garden entry mudroom enters onto a playroom, family room. The Parlor level includes a formal parlor, kitchen and dining area that replicates the original Greek Revival door and window surrounds. Upper floors include a new master suite, children's floor and upper floor guest suite with a cathedral ceiling. A new rear bay window capturing dramatic city views was added to match the original Victorian bay window of the street facade.
