PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Nestled in the South End Historic District of Boston, this circa 1860's five floor Brick Victorian row house was completely renovated. Restoration of the house included a new luxury street level apartment, new roof deck and restored head house, five new fireplaces, replacement windows, exterior Brownstone restoration, and all new systems while maintaining traditional details and materials throughout the project.
