WELLINGTON HOUSE

Owned by the city of Waldham, the 1779 Wellington House elevation has been restored but the interior is not presently available for public use. Design Associates and Structures North Consulting Engineers were engaged to study framing and first floor condition to allow public use. Professional services provided includes design, structural evaluation, and construction document.
