DENVER HOUSE 101
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This new residence is located within the city's urban residential area and references both, the Art Déco and International Styles, but its stone exterior takes cues from local building traditions.
The street façade is very geometrical and regular, punctuated by the metal clad entry. Two rearward wings embrace a courtyard and pool. The primary living spaces have tall windows that stretch to the ceiling, capturing views of the Rocky Mountain to the west. Living space extends to the outdoors at many levels with decks and loggias. The project features Green roofs to reduce roof rainwater run off and photovoltaic panels for energy efficiency.
